Why automate
Manual entry or automatic import?
With a few dozen products, manual entry is still manageable. With hundreds or thousands of products from several suppliers, it costs you time, money and sales of goods that are no longer in stock.
Manually
- A new product can take tens of minutes: photos, description, price and category.
- You have to spot a supplier's price change yourself and update it.
- Sold-out goods keep being sold.
- Foreign-language texts are translated by hand, or stay in the foreign language.
- Thousands of products are practically unmanageable.
With automatic import
- Products are created automatically with images, description, attributes and category.
- A new price is applied at the next update, including your margin.
- Stock is updated and sold-out goods can be hidden.
- Texts are translated automatically and each one is paid for only once.
- Tens of thousands of products in a single feed.
What the import can do
An import that thinks for you
Formats and sources
Seven data formats including XML, CSV, Excel and JSON. From the supplier's URL, from FTP, from a price list sent by email or from a ZIP archive.
Prices, margins and VAT
Currency conversion, margins by brand, category or price band, correct VAT and rounding to a tidy amount.
Stock and availability
Stock and prices, for example, every four hours, and the full catalogue with new products once a day overnight.
Automatic translation
DeepL, Google, Claude or LibreTranslate. Each text is translated only once, and later imports take it from memory.
Categories and attributes
We map supplier categories to yours and map fields without any programming.
Multiple suppliers
Each supplier has its own rules for margins, categories and codes, and its own update schedule. Products never get mixed up.
Your edits stay
For existing products, only what you specify is updated, typically price and stock. Manually edited names and descriptions remain.
Security
The import has no public URL, supplier data is cleaned of scripts and passwords are never written to logs.
Your data stays with you
The import runs directly in your online shop on your hosting, with no external platform that your data would have to pass through.
In practice
21,500 products from a foreign wholesaler
An online shop selling mobile phone accessories wanted to offer the entire range of a Polish wholesaler without creating a single product by hand. The feed was over 70 MB, with English texts, 312 Polish categories and prices in euros excluding VAT.
We mapped the Polish categories to Czech ones, prices are converted from euros with margin, VAT and rounding, and the texts are translated by DeepL. Subsequent updates no longer translate anything again.

Who it is for
Who saves the most work with the import
- Online shops that currently add supplier products by hand.
- Dropshipping and selling from a supplier's warehouse, where stock and prices must be accurate.
- Online shops with foreign suppliers, foreign-language texts and prices in euros or zlotys.
- Shops with multiple suppliers, each sending data differently.
- B2B sellers with Excel price lists that arrive by email.
What the import runs onWe develop and maintain the import ourselves for online shops on Joomla 6 and Phoca Cart. Is your shop on a different platform? We will move you to your own online shop, supplier integration included.

Process
How the integration works
- Analysis
Feed review
We go through the supplier's data, format, categories, prices and images.
- Setup
A tailored import
We set up mapping, margins, translations, categories and the update schedule.
- Trial
Trial import
Before going live, there is always a trial import, which we check together with you.
- Operation
Monitoring and development
Every run is recorded in the history. When a supplier changes its feed, we notice and adjust the mapping.
Frequently asked questions about supplier integration
Which data formats and sources can you connect?
XML (Heureka, Zboží.cz, Google Merchant and suppliers' own XML), CSV and TSV, Excel XLSX, OpenDocument ODS, JSON and JSON Lines, including when packed in ZIP or GZ. We download data from the supplier's URL, read it from FTP or from a price list sent by email.
How often can products be updated?
As often as needed, for example stock and prices every four hours and the full catalogue once a day overnight. Unchanged products are skipped, so even frequent updates do not strain the server.
How much does automatic translation cost?
The chosen translation service charges by the number of characters. However, each text is translated only once, so you pay mainly for the first import and for new products. Before launch, we calculate how many characters the feed contains.
What happens to products the supplier stops offering?
Depending on the settings, they are hidden, their stock is set to zero, or they are deleted. If a supplier sends an incomplete file by mistake, a safety threshold stops the action.
How long does the integration take?
It depends on the supplier. A clear feed with Czech texts is quick to set up, while foreign-language feeds with hundreds of categories take longer to prepare. We always state the timeline in our quote.
Do I need to change hosting for the import?
Usually not. Standard hosting for Joomla 6 with PHP 8.3 is enough.
